bdtk1 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdtk1 platform and all services under it. By registering, logging in or using any service on bdtk1, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these Terms.

bdtk1 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform means you have accepted those changes. You are advised to review this page regularly.

bdtk1 services are only for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Each person may open only one account on bdtk1. If a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and your own.
• bdtk1 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account and may request additional documents if needed.
• If false information is found in an account, it will be closed immediately.

2.2 Account Security Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• bdtk1 will not be responsible for losses resulting from negligence in account security.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at bdtk1 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be sent only from the mobile wallet of the account's registered owner — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

• Complete the transaction with the correct amount and reference number.
• If you have any problem with a deposit, contact support with proof of the transaction.
• If a fraudulent or unusual transaction is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

• If any active bonus wagering requirement remains on the account at the time of withdrawal, it must be completed first.
• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile number registered on the account — sending to a different number is not possible.
• bdtk1 may carry out additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal if required.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtk1 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

• To claim the bonus, the rules set at the time of deposit must be followed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus funds are never direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Various promotions run regularly on bdtk1. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit and validity period. The following general rules apply to all promotional offers:

• No more than one bonus applies to a single deposit.
• bdtk1 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bdtk1's decision is final on all bonus matters.

5.1 Sports Betting

bdtk1 allows betting on cricket, football, tennis and various other sports. Check the odds and conditions carefully before confirming each bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bdtk1 independently acknowledges an error.
• bdtk1 reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, unless the rules of the relevant competition state otherwise.
• All bets related to match-fixing or gaining unfair advantage will be cancelled.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

Live casino, slots, card games and other games are available in the bdtk1 casino section. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and rules.

• Game results are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bdtk1 will settle it based on the last confirmed state.
• In case of any dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.1 VIP Levels and Benefits

bdtk1 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members move to higher levels based on regular play.

• Bronze members receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum members receive up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: A Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

bdtk1 reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of bdtk1's services. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of related funds.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person, or operating another person's account on their behalf.
• Strategically placing bets to exploit bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse or Arbitrage Betting).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or financial information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to bdtk1's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users of the platform.

• All transactions and communications are secured using SSL encryption technology.
• User data is not sold to third parties.
• Information is not disclosed to any authority except where required by law.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

• If you have a complaint about any matter, first try to resolve it through the support team.
• In disputes over betting results or game outcomes, server logs and game data are the final evidence.
• After a complaint is submitted, bdtk1 will review it and respond within a reasonable time.
• The final decision of bdtk1's customer service team is binding in all cases.

10.1 Liability for Service Interruptions

bdtk1 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or other unforeseen reasons. Every effort will be made to restore the service, but bdtk1 will not be financially liable for any losses arising from such situations.

10.2 Right to Close Accounts

bdtk1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity on the account.
• Account information is found to be false or misleading.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

10.3 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining clauses will continue in full effect. Any delay or waiver by bdtk1 in enforcing a term will not be considered a permanent exemption from that term.
